What we collect
When you use Sender Posture Scan, we process domains and email headers you submit for analysis. If you create an account, we store your email address, profile details you provide, and scan history linked to your account.
How we use it
Scan data is used to generate reports and shareable links. Account information is used to authenticate you, enforce usage limits, and communicate about the service. Email addresses submitted for audit requests are used only to respond to that request.
Retention & deletion
Scan results may be stored to provide report links and account history. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting hello@senderposture.com.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) to operate the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
